Buffalo airport is a great way for Niagara area residents to fly to US destinations. The airport is only 35 minutes from the Queenston/Lewiston bridge border crossing, 45 minutes from the Nexus Whirlpool bridge border crossing, 45 minutes from the Niagara Falls Rainbow bridge border crossing and 20 minutes from the Fort Erie bridge border crossing. Border crossing times will vary depending on traffic but will be fairly quick if everyone in the car has Nexus.The airport itself is a breeze especially compared to Toronto Pearson, it's unusual to find any long waits or traffic issues.
